Welcome to Pattaya Hiso Hotel
Pattaya Hiso Hotel sits comfortably on Thappraya Road, offering travelers a budget-friendly stay that blends convenience with vibrant local energy. With a solid rating of 3.8, it caters especially well to groups of friends and young travelers seeking easy access to Pattaya’s bustling nightlife and popular attractions.
The hotel’s location is a major plus. Just a couple of kilometers from Pattaya Beach and within walking distance to famous spots like the Bali Hai Pier and Phra Tamnak Mountain temple, guests can explore much of what Pattaya offers without long commutes. Nearby Indian restaurants also add a cultural flavor, making it a preferred choice for Indian visitors looking for familiar tastes in an affordable setting.
Pattaya Hiso Hotel's rooms are notably spacious, capable of accommodating groups comfortably with options for extra beds. The air-conditioned rooms come with essential amenities like free Wi-Fi, breakfast, and parking. The social atmosphere extends beyond the rooms, with the hotel's outdoor pool and an adjacent Friends Bar serving as lively hubs that stay active well into the night. The bar area, praised for its drinks, music, and hookah, creates a casual yet engaging environment, perfect for winding down or meeting fellow travelers after a day of sightseeing.
However, the hotel is not without its shortcomings. Some guests have expressed concerns about room maintenance and cleanliness, particularly regarding bathrooms and air conditioning. The management’s policy of securing passports during check-in reflects a strict approach to property care, which can be a double-edged sword—ensuring accountability but potentially feeling intrusive to some.
Ultimately, Pattaya Hiso Hotel stands out as a “no-frills, high-value” choice that prioritizes location and social spaces over luxury. It excels as a vibrant, affordable hub for visitors eager to explore Pattaya’s nightlife and nearby islands like Coral Island. Yet, it may not be the best pick for families or travelers seeking a quiet, upscale retreat.
For budget-conscious guests who value spacious rooms and a lively atmosphere close to Pattaya’s pulse, Pattaya Hiso Hotel delivers a rewarding stay. Its blend of accessibility, social energy, and practical amenities makes it a solid option for those chasing adventure and camaraderie in one of Thailand’s most dynamic coastal cities.

Nice Budget Hotel To Stay In Pattaya…One Of Best Point Is It’s Location…So Many Indian Restaurants Near This Hotel…Room Size Is Very Big…
My review is strictly for the outside/ patio area. Nice drinks, music, and hookah. Open from 7p.m- 4 a.m.
If you’re looking for a candid breakdown of Pattaya Hiso Hotel, it is best described as a "no-frills, high-value" choice. It’s a popular 3-star hub for travelers who want to be minutes away from the action without paying beachfront prices. Here is a comprehensive review to help you decide if it’s the right fit for your 2026 trip. ### The Vibe: Budget-Friendly Social Hub Pattaya Hiso caters heavily to a younger crowd, solo travelers, and groups of friends (particularly from India and the Middle East). It is not a luxury resort, but it is an "urban oasis" that provides a functional home base for those planning to spend most of their time exploring the city. 1. Prime Location (The Winning Factor) The hotel’s strongest selling point is its proximity to South Pattaya’s famous landmarks: * Walking Street: Only a 6–8 minute walk away. You are close enough to the nightlife to reach it easily, but just far enough to escape the direct noise. * Bali Hai Pier: About a 15-minute walk, making it convenient for morning ferries to Coral Island (Koh Larn). * Dining: Surrounded by Indian, Thai, and international restaurants. A 7-Eleven is usually just across the road. 2. Rooms & Comfort The rooms are surprisingly spacious for the price point, often featuring high ceilings and private balconies. * The Good: Large beds, decent air conditioning, and a mini-fridge in every room. Many rooms offer views of the pool or the nearby mountains. * The Catch: It is an older property. You might notice some "wear and tear"—think older furniture or bathroom fixtures that have seen better days. It's clean, but it isn't "modern-chic." 3. Amenities * The Pool: There is a large outdoor pool with a waterslide, which is a rare find for a budget hotel in this area. It’s a great spot to recover from a night out. * Food: They serve an Asian/American buffet breakfast. For Indian travelers, the hotel is known for offering Indian vegetarian options, which is a huge plus. * Extra Features: 24-hour front desk, free Wi-Fi (reliable in the lobby, can be hit-or-miss in some rooms), and a poolside bar. ### The Honest Pros & Cons | Pros | Cons | |---|---| | Price: One of the most affordable 3-star spots in South Pattaya. | Age: The building and elevators feel dated. | | Location: Perfect for nightlife and island hopping. | Service: Staff are helpful but can be busy due to high guest volume. | | Pool: Large with a waterslide and a 24-hour bar nearby. | Noise: While quieter than Walking Street, the area is still busy. | | Space: Rooms are larger than typical budget "boutique" hotels. | Amenities: Toiletries and towels are basic; don't expect luxury. | Final Verdict Book this hotel if: You are a budget traveler, a group of friends, or a solo adventurer who wants to be near Walking Street and needs a large pool and a comfortable bed. Skip this hotel if: You are on a romantic honeymoon, looking for a quiet/secluded getaway, or expect a high-end "luxury" experience. Would you like me to find the best current price for a specific date, or perhaps suggest a more "premium" alternative in the same area?
Best place to stay in pattaya due to nearest to coral island and walking street
Room is not good, Bathroom is too much bad. Air-condition is not working properly. Cleaning staff are not fair/ good . They cheat the party / guest having give story like spot in bed sheet/ pillo cover etc ,
I saw many reviews of our customers, we asked for a passport during check-in and check-out because some customers made broken glasses, dirty clothes, etc. If they don't want to pay they won't pay if they have a passport they run away without paying fine . The fine asked for the mistake they did dirty clothes, broke glasses, etc.....,I've heard the dirty are already have when they check in. We change all clothes when new customers are check-in soo that can't be our hotel faults. If you want respect, first you need to give. This is Thailand, all thai people are honest,we don't like disrespect soo please change behavior! Thank You and we all love our lovely customers of Hiso Hotel!
Budget friendly Hotel for Group of people and not for Family. I would not recommend this hotel for Family stay as this place is fully vibrant with young gens. Friends Bar is adjacent to the pool area which is added attraction of this places. Rooms of the hotel is clean and very larger in size. Room can accommodate upto 5 people ( two with extra beds). Most Famous place of Pattaya walking street and night clubs are walkable distance only. We have not tried food here but morning breakfast was decent. It was not full of options but was sufficient. Overall it is good!
